Input Filter

 

In general, it is installed between the power supply and the input power line of the frequency converter, suppressing the transmission interference and radiation interference generated by the frequency converter with the common mode and differential mode suppression capacity, which is mainly used under the condition with high electromagnetic environment requirement, so as to prevent the interference of input end of the frequency converter to the power grid and the other equipments during the operation of the frequency converter.

 

Main Function

1. Suppress the commutation gap of power grid;

2. Block the harmonic wave that will enter the power grid of the frequency converter;

3. Suppress the harmonic wave generated by the equipment, prevent from interfering the sensitive electrical devices around the equipment;

4. Moderate the peak pulse in the power grid.

 

 

 

Output Filter

 

It is installed between the power output line and the motor of the frequency converter, which can not only effectively filter the higher harmonic wave in the output current of the frequency converter, reduce the additional torque caused by high frequency harmonic wave, lower the temperature rise of the motor and its running noise, but also effectively inhibit the surge voltage at the output side of the frequency converter, protect the motor, and improve the power factor of frequency conversion speed regulation system.

 

Main Function

1. Reduce the main power harmonic wave and commutation gap;

2. Protect power electronic components of the driving device from the harm by impact of peak current of main power supply;

3. Suppress the harmonic wave interference of the frequency convector output;

4.Improve the reliability of system

Input Filter

Output Reactor

It is installed at the output end of the inverter, which is used to limit the capacitive charging current of the inverter and the motor connecting cable, and inactivate the voltage rise rate of PWM wave output by the inverter. When the length of motor cable exceeds a certain value, it is recommended to insert a motor reactor between the inverter and the motor, which is used to compensate the recharging current of capacitor in case of the long wires. The maximum length depends on the rated value of the frequency converter and the type of the motor cable.

The input reactor can be used to provide improved overload protection for the line power supply, and to reduce the current harmonic distortion produced by the inverter. DC Smoothing Reactor

DC smoothing reactor is used in the rectifying circuit to restrain the ripple pulse component after rectification and make the rectified current continuous, so as to improve the output branch waveform and guarantee the normal operation of DC equipment. The smoothing reactor is used as the series reactor in DC machine supplied by the converter, in order to eliminate the DC link in the current and voltage DC link converter; It is supposed to decouple the converter components on DC side. The power converter on DC side has high pulse circuit feedback to reduce the difference value limit, so as to limit the ring current on the connection with ring current, at the same time, limit the the rising rate of current. The smoothing reactor adopts the iron core of TEM and TET or TPK air core reactor, depending on the requirements on electromagnetic induction.
