Harmonic Control Project of 90105HB Well Team of Sinopec North China Petroleum Company

In the power distribution system of this project, two 3000KVA transformers are connected under the 10KV bus, and the voltage on the secondary side of the transformer is 600V. Two transformers operate in parallel. The 600V bus bars at both ends are connected through a bus tie switch. This bus tie switch is in a normally closed state. The variable frequency equipment in the load carried under the two transformers totals 3180KW.

 

    The power factor of the system before compensation and filtering is 0.88, which is lower than the requirements of the power sector. Due to more variable frequency loads. The 6-pulse frequency conversion equipment generates a large number of 5, 7, 11 and other 6n±1 harmonics, and the total harmonics can be as high as 800A, which seriously affects the stability of the equipment and makes the current distortion rate seriously exceed the standard. In order to suppress harmonic pollution and make the power distribution system meet the requirements of the power sector, reactive power compensation and harmonic control are specially implemented for this project. The equipment configured this time mainly includes passive filters and active power filters. The passive filter mainly filters out the 5th and 7th harmonics, and the active power filter mainly filters out the 11th harmonic. So as to achieve the effect of ensuring the safe operation of the equipment and stable production.

 

    Since the rated voltage of our company's active power filter products is 400V and the system is 600V, in actual use and installation, a transformer (600V/400V) should be installed at the inlet end of the active power filter. The installed capacity of 400V is 400A, so the installed capacity on the 600V side is 266A.
