Our transformer products contribute to the Three Gorges Water Conservancy Project

The Three Gorges Dam Water Control Project consists of three parts: a barrage dam, a flood discharge system and a water diversion and power generation system. The scale of the project is large and the application requirements are strict. It is regarded by Chinese and foreign water conservancy experts as one of the most complex water conservancy projects in the world. The party and state leaders are very concerned about project construction.

 

In consideration of brand, quality, service, safety and environmental protection, the project headquarters selected our insulation series insulated dry-type power transformers. As a cooperative supplier of the electrical part of the Three Gorges Dam Project, 12 sets of SC(B) series resin and SG(B)10H insulation dry-type power transformers were provided for the project. After the products were officially put into use, with their excellent operating performance, they have been recognized by users in terms of smaller partial discharge, low noise, strong heat dissipation, and long-term operation at 125% of the rated load under forced air cooling
